The caretaker of a teen killed in a motor car wreck concerning the spouse of a United States diplomat has urged her ” as being a mum” to go back to the British for questioning.

Harry Dunn, 19, passed away when their motorbike collided with a vehicle near RAF Croughton in Northamptonshire on 27 August.
